Refund and Returns Policy

At Midlands Furniture, we strive to offer high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return, refund, or replacement policy, including returns for change of mind, under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
You are eligible to return, request a refund, or request a replacement for any item within 14 days from the date of delivery, for the following reasons:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: If your product is broken or missing parts upon delivery, we will accept the return and offer a refund or replacement.
- Incorrect Product: If the product delivered is completely different from what was shown on the website images, we will accept the return and offer a refund or replacement.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind or are unsatisfied with the product for any other reason, you may still return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
- Condition of Product: The product should be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as it was received. Items that have been damaged by the customer or show signs of misuse are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for the return shipping of products to our nearest warehouse. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
- How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@midlandsfurnitures.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for return, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photographs of damage or incorrect items).
4. Refunds and Replacements
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Replacements: If you request a replacement, we will send a new product to the same delivery address once the returned item is received and inspected. The replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
5. Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or Special Orders: Products that have been customized or made to order cannot be returned or refunded.
- Non-Defective Items: Products that are returned without a valid reason (e.g., no defect, not damaged, or not as described) may not be accepted, and the return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
